Here are some answers to some major basic questions you might have before placing an order with SunAfrica.com.

1. How to place an order?
In order to accommodate you, we have set up three possible ways to place an order.
  • Phone Order: By dialing 1 619 890-9544 , you will speak directly to one of our sale experts who will answer all your questions about specific items of our wide repertory of hand-made artifacts. You might choose to secure all your transactions with that member of the SunAfrica team.


  • Online order: This is the quickest way to get your order delivered to you. You could open an account and fill out the billing and customer forms. Because it allows you in the future to keep track of your order records, ordering online will help you ease your shopping needs.


  • Money Order or Check: You might also want to send your money order or check directly to our Order Fulfillment Division (OFD) based at 10970 Ivy Hill Drive # 1, San Diego CA 92131 . All checks should be made payable to SunAfrica.com. Please make sure to include your most updated shipping address and contact information.



2. How to Make a Purchase Through SunAfrica.com?
  • SunAfrica.com makes available a wide range of products and services offered by our merchant partners who have their own privacy and data collection practices. When you make a purchase from one of our merchant partners, SunAfrica.com absolutely does not see, have access, or collect any of the personal information you may submit.



3. Is it secure to enter my credit cards? Which credit cards do you accept?
  • Be positively ensured that your transactions on our site are secure. Since we focus on building a constructive long-term relationship with our customers, we recognize that the privacy of their personal information MUST be respected.


  • We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover .



4. What about Product Information, Origin and Quality?
  • Our products come directly from Motherland Africa. Each item in the store passed our quality assurance check - 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.


  • All of our products are genuinely hand-made. Therefore, each item is a masterpiece of its own kind. As with all authentic crafts, slights differences might exist between two objects of the same shape and size. Such minimal differences enhance the beauty of conception and the theory that each piece of art is unique in conception, design, form, and matter. Those differences might be seen on color shades and/or wood grain. However, all of our products are crafted with the same quality standards.


  • For every product, we have provided you with a brief description that states its country of origin and, thus, places it into context.



5. When will my order arrive?
  • Our Order Fulfillment Division (OFD) will make sure that every order placed from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm will leave our storage facilities that same day. Then, the order will be delivered via conventional delivery services available in the United States. Please allow two weeks for delivery.



6. what is your Return Policy?
  • Customers have 10 days to return the merchandise for a complete refund minus the shipping & handling cost.


  • From 11 to 20 days, customers receive a store credit equal to their purchases.


  • After 21 days all sales are considered final.


  • The day a customer receives his/her order is considered first day of sale.

8. Do you share or disclose information?
  • SunAfrica.com collects personal information to provide you with the best and most personalized Web experience possible and to provide our advertisers with an efficient way to reach the right audience. In short, by knowing a little about you, we can deliver more relevant content and advertisements to you while at our Web site. And it's free.


  • SunAfrica.com will not give, lend, sell, or rent your personal information to anyone. We will ONLY send personally identifiable information to a third party when:

    * We need to share the information to provide the product or service you have requested



9. About Tax, shipping and others
Customers from Texas, Tennessee and California are subject to state sales tax.
For exact tax and shipping charges, please proceed to the cart confirmation page.

IMPORTANT: Prices do not yet include US shipping and handling. Please proceed to the checkout section for the total price of your order, which includes shipping and handling fees.
SunAfrica currently only ships within the United States.
