About SunAfrica.com
SunAfrica.com is a privately owned start-up company based in Silicon Valley, California. It was founded in October 1999
by a small group of African MBA’s from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and the McComb School of Business at
the University of Texas at Austin, and a graduate in Information Systems from the University of Quebec at Montreal, Canada.
The SunAfrica.com current team members are professionals who all share a common passion: A Better Africa. They also share
a common background. They were mostly raised and educated in Africa, and have later gone to further their studies in leading
U.S. institutions.
The SunAfrica.com team has extensive worldwide experience of strategic management, project and corporate finance,
international business development and information systems. Furthermore, the team has specifically developed regional
expertise in Africa and in North America.
